Q: I’m looking for a job; what should I do?
A: Send your resume and a brief cover statement to jobs@wbfsolutions.com . If we feel that your skills match any of the positions we have available, we'll contact you within 72 hours. If your skills don't match any of our currently open positions, we'll keep your resume on file for a year in case the right opportunity should arise.

Q: Do I owe a fee to Webfoot for finding work for me?
A: Never.

Q: How long do contract assignments last?
A: The amount of time depends on the client's needs and your desires. Assignments can range from a few months to more than a year.

Q: Can I continue my freelance business if I accept a Webfoot contract position?
A: Yes. We just ask that you keep us informed about your availability and that you give your Webfoot  job top priority.

Q: When I'm working for a Webfoot client, who's my employer?
A: Webfoot is your legal employer. Issues including negotiation, benefits, and performance reviews are handled through Webfoot.

Q: How often do I get paid for contract work?
A: Webfoot paydays are every two weeks on Friday.

Q: When I feel that I need to raise my pay rate, whom do I ask?
A: Talk to your Webfoot manager. Webfoot will negotiate pay rates on your behalf.

Q: What if I don't like an assignment I've started?
A: Our Webfoot managers are industry professionals who, through extensive interviewing and mentoring, get to know our candidates. However, in some cases, unforeseen circumstances arise. In these rare instances, we'll help find a mutually beneficial solution.

Q: What if a company wants to hire me full time?
A: Congratulations! We're always pleased when we've made a perfect match, and we'll facilitate any changes or needs you might have as you transition to full-time employment with the client.

Q: As an independent contractor, can Webfoot find me project work?
A: Yes. Webfoot's clients can provide whole projects or parts of projects, and we find freelancers who are in business for themselves to work on those projects.

Q: Why should I work for Webfoot Staffing Solutions as opposed to another job agency?
A: Besides being a technical staffing agency, we are fun to work with, and we pay competitive rates.
